Trato es un mercado entre personas de Puerto Rico, operado por Velora Technologies LLC ("Trato", "nosotros"). Esta política explica qué información recopilamos, para qué la usamos y qué control tienes sobre ella.

Qué información recopilamos

• Cuenta: tu nombre y correo electrónico al registrarte.
• Contenido que publicas: fotos, títulos, descripciones, precio y pueblo de tus anuncios; mensajes y ofertas en los chats; reseñas que escribes.
• Notificaciones: un identificador técnico de tu dispositivo (token) para enviarte notificaciones push.
• Uso y estabilidad: datos anónimos de uso y reportes de fallos (Google Analytics y Crashlytics) — modelo de dispositivo, versión de la app y eventos de uso. No incluyen tu contenido.

Trato no recopila datos de pago (las transacciones ocurren en persona entre usuarios) y no rastrea tu ubicación GPS. El pueblo de un anuncio es el que tú eliges.

Cómo usamos la información

• Operar el mercado: mostrar anuncios, conectar compradores y vendedores, entregar mensajes y ofertas.
• Mostrar tu reputación: tus reseñas y calificaciones son visibles para otros usuarios.
• Enviarte notificaciones sobre tus chats y ofertas.
• Mejorar la app y corregir fallos.
• Hacer cumplir las Normas de publicación y proteger a los usuarios.

Dónde se guarda y con quién se comparte

Tus datos se almacenan en Google Firebase (servicios de Google LLC, servidores en Estados Unidos). No vendemos tu información ni la compartimos con terceros para publicidad. Lo que publicas en un anuncio, tu nombre y tus reseñas son visibles para otros usuarios de la app por la naturaleza del servicio.

Tus derechos y opciones

• Eliminar tu cuenta: desde la app (Perfil → Configuración → Eliminar cuenta). Esto elimina tu perfil, tus anuncios y tu acceso.
• Notificaciones: puedes desactivarlas en los ajustes de tu teléfono.
• Preguntas o solicitudes: escríbenos a tratomarketplace@gmail.com.

Edad mínima

Trato es para mayores de 18 años.

Cambios a esta política

Si cambiamos esta política, actualizaremos esta página y la fecha de vigencia. Los cambios importantes se anunciarán en la app.

Privacy Policy (English)

Effective August 19, 2026

Trato is a person-to-person marketplace for Puerto Rico, operated by Velora Technologies LLC ("Trato", "we"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over it.

Information we collect

• Account: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Content you post: photos, titles, descriptions, price, and town for your listings; chat messages and offers; reviews you write.
• Notifications: a technical device identifier (token) used to deliver push notifications.
• Usage and stability: anonymous usage data and crash reports (Google Analytics and Crashlytics) — device model, app version, and usage events. These do not include your content.

Trato does not collect payment data (transactions happen in person between users) and does not track your GPS location. A listing's town is the one you choose.

How we use information

• To operate the marketplace: show listings, connect buyers and sellers, deliver messages and offers.
• To display your reputation: your reviews and ratings are visible to other users.
• To send notifications about your chats and offers.
• To improve the app and fix crashes.
• To enforce the Posting Rules and protect users.

Where data is stored and who sees it

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (services of Google LLC, servers in the United States). We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising. What you post in a listing, your name, and your reviews are visible to other users of the app by the nature of the service.

Your rights and choices

• Delete your account: in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account). This removes your profile, your listings, and your access.
• Notifications: you can turn them off in your phone's settings.
• Questions or requests: contact tratomarketplace@gmail.com.

Minimum age

Trato is for users 18 and older.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
